Bitron D110 Diesel Fuel Treatment is an advanced diesel fuel system treatment containing multi-functional detergent and lubricity additives and a cetane enhancer blended specifically for low, ultra low sulphur, and bio diesels.  

It's the first in a new generation of fuel treatments that integrate a modern, proactive approach to prevention of engine wear.  The formulation is the result of high quality research and analysis into current refining and pipeline additives used by the petrochemical industry in the production of wholesale diesel streams.  Bitron's research highlights and reinforces the anecdotal evidence that both standard and premium diesel streams often suffer from poor quality and have a tendency to cause a build up of deposits in both the combustion chamber and injectors over time.

Bitron EP20 Engine Treatment is an integrated maintenance and lubrication solution designed for use in both diesel and petrol engine oils.  EP20 enhances and boosts the full range of mineral, semi-synthetic and synthetic engine oils, providing measurable operational improvements in the essential areas of cleanliness, lubrication and protection.

Bitron EP20 is formulated to work in synergy with engine oil to provide improved performance in the major areas of lubrication, engine cleanliness, viscosity stability and oil quality and longevity.  EP20 is a multi-functional engine treatment package designed to be easily incorporated into existing maintenance schedules.  Regular treatment with EP20 will provide improved maintenance outcomes and increases in productivity through reductions in costs and downtime.

Bitron EP30 Penetrating Lubricant is an industrial strength extreme duty water dispersant, rust remover and metal treatment.  It is designed to penetrate even the deepest rust and corrosion and provide lasting surface protection and lubrication like no other.  its powerful rust-dissolving properties work quickly making it the perfect solution for seized nuts and bolts, machine parts, locks and hinges that would otherwise have remained unusable and require replacement.

As a spray lubricant, EP30 seeks out and attaches to metal surfaces completely covering them with a fine protective layer of pressure-resistant lubricating oil.  By displacing water and providing a sealing barrier to future moisture and oxygen attack, Bitron EP30 Penetrating Lubricant prevents corrosion at the root cause level.  It will remain intact and effective for extended periods without the need for repeated application, giving peace-of-mind for remove or infrequently serviced equipment.

Bitron EP40 Powertrain Formulation is a blend of extreme pressure and anti-corrosion additives, emulsifiers and multi-functional detergents for use in applications that are subjected to high temperature and pressures.  EP40 is recommended for use in transmissions, differentials, compressors, steering and hydraulics.

EP40 is compatible with all hydraulic oils and all power steering units and can be used in both manual and automatic transmissions to control heat which is a major factor in transmission failure.  EP40 offers a number of benefits including:

  • reduces friction and wear

  • non-corrosive

  • optimises efficiency of the drive train

  • compatible with all mineral, synthetic gear oils and hydraulic fluids

Note: EP40 is not compatible with brake fluids and should not be added to brake system master cylinders.  

          EP40 is not suitable for use in some wet clutches.

Bitron EP70 Lith-Plex Grease is a blue coloured premium, high melting point, lithium complex grease.  It contains specially selected tackiness and adhesive agents that allow the grease to stay-put under high water pressure conditions.  It is recommended for use in most types of automotive and industrial applications including heavy duty service where high temperatures, high loads and water spray or ingress area encountered.  it is suitable for rolling element bearings, plain bearings, chassis parts, gears and couplings.  it is particularly suitable where water is present such as steel mills, cane crushing plants, underground tunnelling or mining and ore crushing plants.

The recommended operating temperature range is from -10 degrees to 170 degrees.  EP70 provides enhanced protection against the ravages of dust corrosion, water, rust, and will add value to machinery and vehicle assets when used as part of a regular lubrication and servicing program.

P900 Petrol Power Treatment

Bitron P900 Petrol Power Treatment is a complex blend of petro-chemicals designed to improve fuel economy, significantly reduce exhaust emissions, and clean and lubricate the fuel system.  It is compatible with all unleaded fuels and ethanol blended fuels.  It can also be used in vehicles running on LPG/natural gas to help provide lubrication to the injectors.  P900 will oxygenate and improve the burn characteristics of leaded and unleaded petrol regardless of the fuel's octane rating (RON).

Once added to your fuel, the polymer contained in P900 remains dispersed and in suspension where it controls the flow characteristic and vapour droplet size during compression and ignition in your engine.  The result is a more complete combustion of the fuel and a corresponding increase in power output and a decrease in emissions, particularly hydrocarbons and carbon monoxide.  P900 is compatible with oxygen (O2) sensors and all catalytic converters making it safe and legal for use in all petrol engines.

A secondary but equally important function of the fuel polymer is the lubrication of fuel pumps, injector components and the engine's top-end including piston rigs and valve seats. Adequate lubrication ofthe top piston right (compression/flame ring) via a fuel borne lubricant enables maximum cylinder wall to piston sealing which optimises compression and power recovery while reducing blow-by and oil contamination.  Inlet and exhaust valve seats are also protected by a layer of polymer significantly extending service life in older engines. P900 offers a number of benefits including:
